South Korea
Korea is a true crossroad between the ultramodern, urban and dynamic life happening in the cities, yet it still carries and practices an ancient culture and traditions from thousands of years back. As a result, Korea’s art and entertainment scene is very diverse, and includes a whopping selection of galleries, architecture, and cuisine, as well as contemporary music, film, television and theatre.
The Korean people are very open and friendly. Any effort you show to take part in their lives and learn their language will be much appreciated, and they are often eager to show visitors their culture and heritage.
